List the services you will actually book in a typical month. Distinguish included sessions, discounts, priority booking, and services charged separately. A broad treatment menu does not mean it is included in membership.
Check the minimum commitment, renewal, cancellation notice, pause options, and unused-credit rules. Compare that total cost with buying the same realistic set of appointments individually.
Confirm the branch and the credentials of anyone providing clinical services. Ask which provider is responsible for screening, records, and follow-up. A shared address or club membership does not by itself establish coordinated medical care.
For non-clinical visits, consider travel time, appointment availability, accessibility, and whether social programming is something you want. Evaluate the membership against your schedule and purpose rather than a list of treatments you are unlikely to use.
